Service
Once appointed as your agent, we’ll thoroughly explore your property needs and ensure alignment with the market. I’ll do all of the searches for you, make enquiries of property managers, conduct thorough due diligence on properties and even inspect the homes for you if needed. You’ll receive comprehensive reports and behind-the-scenes information, all to the standard that my buyer’s agent clients receive.
Ideally, my service is engaged at least 6-8 weeks before you plan to move. This allows time for you to brief me on your needs and for us to complete all of the necessary paperwork prior to the search commencing. Shorter time-frames can of course be accommodated: I've found homes with a week's notice, but ideally my service is engaged at least 6-8 weeks before you need to move. Many people book my service well in advance to ensure of my availability for their future move.
Fees
I offer several packages and charge a fixed fee based on level of support you need and the time that’s needed to provide a superior-quality and comprehensive service that you’ll value and appreciate. I leave no stone unturned to ensure that you’re delighted with your new home.
