We offer advice and guidance for all things renting, for people who don’t need a full rental search service, but have questions / concerns / challenges.

We help with lots of things, like:

  • Issues with your tenancy like repairs and maintenance not being attended to, a property manager who goes AWOL (!), negotiating a rent increase, routine inspections, tenant ledgers, ways of managing your property manager and much more

  • We can review the properties you’re thinking of inspecting, provide valuable behind-the-scenes information that just might save you from renting a dud, and give our expert opinion on their suitability based on your requirements. We can highlight potential issues and considerations that may not be obvious from the online listing - all the sorts of things you wish you’d known …. before you moved in

What does it cost?

Consultation Service fees are based on an hourly rate - $132 (incl GST) per hour or part thereof.

How do I book?

Consultations are generally last one hour. We always try to accommodate say-day requests to help you get real answers, fast.
