We’ve all done it. Turned up to an inspection that looked “ok” or even “great”, only to find it it had major issues.

Here is one such rental home in Sydney. This is the living room per the online image:

This is what my inspection revealed in the corner near the curtains:

But a closer look at the walls reveals lots of water stains:
